More than just a boot camp!
ATP runs circuit training at our facility in Trafford RFCC (Manchester). We are also setting up a circuit in Liverpool and Edinburgh.
Circuits that take a little bit from Military “Battle PT”, pro rugby and fight work, as well as the usual old favourites.
Variety being the spice of life, these circuits are red hot. Half hearts need not apply we only work with people who want to give it everything……
